Karen started at Equity Transportation April 2022. She has ten years experience from a compliance company where she has learned the regulations. Karen assisted with compliance companies during an audit (State and Federal level), wrote Safety Management Plan Letters to FMCSA, logbook auditing, driver meetings etc. all while assisting numerous trucking companies staying compliant with DOT regulations. Karen enjoys that she is able to put her compliance skills to work and looks forward to more contact with drivers here at Equity.

Karen and her husband, Brad, are empty nesters after raising four children, two boys and two girls. Karen and Brad have two dogs, Fiona and Milo. When not at work, Karen enjoys spending time with her two granddaughters, adult children, reading, and crocheting. Karen's favorite past-time is sitting and watching the river go by and her mom's house up north.
