Travis has been at Equity since April 2020. He is one of the Southeast Dispatch Managers. He obtained his bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Logistics from Central Michigan University.

Sean Henchey has been with Equity since 2001. He is a Navy veteran and served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Sean is married with two boys and a new grandson.

Steve has been around the transportation industry all of his life as his father was a driver for 45 years. He has been working in the industry for over 30 years, 15 years as a driver and the rest in dispatch and operations. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, camping and taking his grandson any place to see them having fun. Steve is a father of three children and five grandchildren, and he has been helping to raise his two grandsons for nine years now and neither are his biological grandsons.

Madie Martinez has been with equity since August 2022. She is a dispatcher manager for the Midwest area. She is very new to the trucking world but looks forward to many years in dispatch.

I joined Equity in February of 2022 starting as an assistant to the Asset Manager and later worked my way to a Midwest Dispatcher. My current position is the Instate Planner & Driver Manager.
