Brandon has been with Equity since January 2015. He started out as nights/weekend's dispatch, then moved to Driver Manager for the North OTR/MW and now is the Driver Manager for the SE region. Brandon has been in this industry in all aspects since 2002, previously working for FedEx Freight for 12 years. He started out on the dock, moved into billing and then on up to the Operations Supervisor. In his free time, he is an avid hockey player and fan and loves to spend time with his wife and young daughter.

Sean Henchey has been with Equity since 2001. He is a Navy veteran and served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Sean is married with two boys and a new grandson.

Jeremy has been in transportation for 16 years. He came to dispatch at Equity three and a half years ago after more than a decades long career driving trucks. Jeremy’s motivation is to see that driver's needs are met, they have everything they need to be the best they can be, and Equity Transportation is a place they can call home.

Connie first started with Equity in January 2018 as a night dispatcher and then had the opportunity to return to the Equity team in June 2020. She rejoined as a night dispatcher. She has been in the shipping/receiving/trucking industry since 2004.

Steve has been around the transportation industry all of his life as his father was a driver for 45 years. He has been working in the industry for over 30 years, 15 years as a driver and the rest in dispatch and operations. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, camping and taking his grandson any place to see them having fun. Steve is a father of three children and five grandchildren, and he has been helping to raise his two grandsons for nine years now and neither are his biological grandsons.
